its a disappointment they are the only providers for the Lakes of the North area. they charge insane amounts for extremely little, their employees are useless and dont assist anyone at all, connections are constantly interrupted and they always say they're upgrading the lines when their has been NO improvement to their speed, reliability, or anything. for a DSL network they sure work just as poorly as Satellite Internet does.
50$ a month for 5 meg internet and when there are problems they will be rude on the phone and not send a support tec. to your home if there services are needed

Being half-year residents of Worth Township, we find this to be the best value in the area, with excellent customer service. Part-timers will love the flexibility as service can be suspended/reinstated with just a phone call. Combined with MagicJack and hulu, our annual (and seasonal) costs for three services should actually decrease compared to one year of ATT basic phone only, and our old phone number ported seamlessly to MagicJack. Regarding attention to customer service: the fiber installation crew accidentally severed service to our outdoor lighting, made prompt and complete repair within hours of being notified. Only downside, initial installation costs relatively high, will amortize, I trust future increases will not outpace competing services.

this company is a rip off and i have proved it that is why they reimbursed everyone around my neighborhood but it does not change the fact the tec dosent answer service calls the ppl are rude when you call them and you will NOT get the speeds your paying for NEVER i repeat NEVER purchase your internet from this company!!!!!!!!!
