I don't really understand these other Google reviews. They put in the plumbing and heating/cooling in our new house 3 years ago. They have been nothing but professional to us. We had a few issues with some of the faucets initially and they came and fixed them no questions asked. I will continue to us them and recommend them to anyone who asks!
I wouldn't hire these clowns to plumb an outhouse. Rude to customers swears at customers. Daddy must gave him that business.VERY unprofessional.
Okay my Caseville peeps...I have waited patiently for TEN DAYS for Shetler Plumbing (the company who opens and closes the place) to come install a new hot water heater. Everyday they tell me they are coming and never show up. Yesterday,I told them I have friends coming up on Friday and it MUST be installed On Thursday. I spoke with them at noon and they told me Bob would be here no later than 2:00. Well...again a no show. They are FIRED and I would recommend that you do not ever use this lousy company!!!!! #pissedoff. #needaplumber #howheavyisawaterheateranyways? #lakebathingsucks
